Payment Terms

• All fees and charges for our online services are due and payable in advance. This may include all kinds of services fee, other fees, consultation fees, and any other applicable fees as decided from time to time.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees and charges are non-refundable. This means that once you have paid for a service, you will not be entitled to a refund if you decide to cancel your order or if you are unable to complete the full process of obtaining the service.
• We accept payment by UPI, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards from major banks. For bank transfers, please contact us for instructions.
• We reserve the right to change our fees and charges at any time, without prior notice. This means that we may increase or decrease our fees at any time, without providing you with prior notice. However, we will always make our best effort to notify you of any changes to our fees and charges in advance.

Late Payment Fees

• If your payment is late, we will charge you a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding amount, per month. This means that if your payment is 30 days late, you will be charged a late payment fee of 15% of the outstanding amount.
• We may also suspend your access to our services or your account until your payment is received in full. This means that if you are late in paying your tuition fees, we may prevent you from accessing your account or our services and from participating in any service in future or related resoures.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your intent to use a service within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your enrollment in a course after 7 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days remaining in the course. This means that if you decide to cancel your order after the first 7 days, you will only be entitled to a refund of a portion of the service fee you have paid. The amount of the refund will be calculated based on our effort put forth at the time of your cancellation.

Additional Fees

• We may charge additional fees for certain services, any kind of external charges, consultancy or knowledge-aquisition fee, and / or third-party vendor fees. These fees are typically non-refundable.
• We will notify you of any additional fees before you incur them. This means that we will always provide you with advance notice of any additional fees that you may be responsible for, before you incur them.

Taxes

• All fees and charges are subject to applicable taxes. This means that you may be responsible for paying taxes on the service fees and other fees that you pay for our services. The amount of taxes that you will be responsible for will depend on your location and the applicable tax laws.
• You are responsible for paying all taxes on your purchases. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that you pay all taxes due on the service fees and other fees that you pay for our services. You should consult with a tax advisor to determine your tax obligations.

Changes to Fees and Charges

• We reserve the right to change our fees and charges at any time, without prior notice. This means that we may increase or decrease our fees at any time, without providing you with prior notice. However, we will always make our best effort to notify you of any changes to our fees and charges in advance.
• We will notify you of any changes to our fees and charges by a suitable communication mechanism as applicable. This means that we will send you a notification whenever we make a change to our fees and charges. The notification will include a description of the changes and the effective date of the changes.
• The changes to our fees and charges will take effect 5 days after the date of our notification. This means that any changes to our fees and charges will not take effect until 5 days after we have sent you a notification about the changes.

Acceptance of Terms

• By using our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, including this Fee and Charges section. This means that you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by LYFPASS. Furthermore, you waive any rights to the information you share with LYFPASS before, during, or after obtaining our services.
